This dress features our classic wide halter straps that promise to hide all of your under garments. It is made from a stretchy yet study cotton sateen that allows for ease in movement while still holding you in. The black and white stripes on the skirt give a little twist to the classic sailor look. Dress measures 22 inches from natural waist, it has a center back zipper and also a 6 inch black slit.
